How soon can I wash my hair after a service?

We suggest waiting at least one week before washing your hair post-service to allow styles or installs to set.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds for client cancellations. Clients may reschedule once within the same week, unless otherwise discussed prior. However, if a cancellation occurs on our end, a refund will be issued accordingly.
