Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

Once we receive your return, here’s what happens next:

  • We’ll check the item to make sure it meets our return conditions.

  • If everything’s good, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take a little extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover the return postage costs and process a full refund.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@thelocpod.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or item? We’ve got your back:

  • Email us at customerservice@thelocpod.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t in stock, we’ll offer a refund instead.

  • Return postage costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged. 

Gifts

Shopping for someone special? Here’s how it works:

  • If the recipient of your gift needs to return or exchange an item, they can email us at customerservice@thelocpod.com with the order number.

  • Gift returns are subject to the same conditions as standard returns (unused, in original packaging, etc.).

  • Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

Changed your mind? No problem—we get it! Here’s how returns work:

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

  • To start a return, email us at customerservice@thelocpod.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
